The story of the Gabriel Meffre Winery began in 1936, when Gabriel and his wife, both passionate about wine, created their ‘Négociant-Vinificateur’ business in Gigondas. As the first winery of the Rhône Valley to be recognized "Exemplary" in Sustainable Development and Corporate Responsibility, Gabriel Meffre has been established as a leading estate in this southern region of France. Hosts for the evening include experts, Guillaume Blisson and Anthony Taylor, who was the sommelier of the “21” Club when Chef Bruce was the chef. The two have remained close friends over the last three decades and the Boston Wine Festival is delighted to include Anthony and Guillaume in this season’s exceptional lineup.
