We welcome the return of the Rising Stars Dinner in an effort to introduce to Boston some of the top young talents of California. Tonight, we introduce two very special hosts. We welcome Bravium winemaker, Derrek Rohlffs, whose philosophy of minimal intervention wines produces amazing Russian River Valley chardonnay and Anderson Valley pinot noir. From Trinchero Family Estates, winemaker, Mario Monticelli of Napa, joins us to pour his hand-crafted sauvignon blancs and single vineyard cabernets. This is a great opportunity to experience two diverse wineries in one dinner.
