Trimbach has been producing brilliant wines since 1626. The heritage of the winery has been passed on from father to son for twelve generations, developing into one of the greatest wine houses of Alsace, France. The magniloquent Jean Trimbach will entertain and enlighten all. Sample the pleasures of the finest wines from Alsace, along with a special library selection. Chef Bruce will honor Trimbach with interpretations of local dishes.
